Yahong Rosa Zheng is the founder of Sea-Gal Technologies and a professor at Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA, USA. She received the Ph.D. degree from Carleton University, Ottawa, ONT, Canada. She has worked in companies in Canada, Australia, and China before joining academia. She was on the faculty of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Missouri University of Science and Technology for 13 years before joining Lehigh University in 2018. Her research interests include underwater and underground IoT, wireless communications, wireless sensor networks, compressive sensing, machine learning and robotics. She is the recipient of an NSF faculty CAREER award in 2009. She has been an IEEE fellow since 2015.

She has served as Associate Editor for three IEEE journals, including the IEEE Journal of Oceanic Engineering. She has also served in many IEEE technical committees including the IEEE OES (Oceanic Engineering Society) Fellow Evaluation Committee.

Her research works in underwater wireless communications and comprehensive sensing are being transferred into field products at Sea-Gal Technologies.

Rong Reacky Huang recently joined Sea-Gal Technologies and will play a key role in financial management and business operations. She brings 19 years of experience in accounting, banking and supply chain. She has worked for Nestlé USA for 12 years, Thermo Fisher for 5 years and First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union for 2 years. She led multiple projects that involved cost reductions and business process improvements. She also took a trainer role in Nestlé USA. She trained new employees on business processes and system procedures, provided guidelines and instructions to assist all Account Payment Coordinators in customer service team on business related and customer related issues, she also coached employees who struggled to meet KPIs. Reacky holds an MBA degree in Finance from DeSales University and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Cedar Crest College.
